Cedar Christmas Ornament, Personalized

These are made from cedar I salvaged from a Trader Joe's dumpster. I used my ShopBot Desktop CNC Router to cut out the 3in circle. Then we do a bit of cleanup, sanding all the edges and surfaces. And finally we'll use our UV Digital Printer to print these photos directly onto the wood. The cordage is hemp sourced from Romania (that's what they had in stock at Michaels lol, when I run out I'm sure I can find a US supplier). 

We can print any photo, logo, or text. I quickly set up some pre-set designs you could use, just take a look at the last photo, then choose the design you'd like to use and order. 

OR if you'd like to see a proof before we print the ornament, just choose the last option "Send text/photo after ordering". Then send us the photo, text, logo, clipart,etc and we'll get back to you with a digital proof before printing and shipping your order. 

FAQ

Q: How long will this take to make?  A: We've got a bunch of blank ornaments pre-made so all we have to do is print your photo/logo/text on it and ship it. So you'll have it within 4-6 days after ordering. HOWEVER, if you choose the "send text/photo after ordering" option and we have to go back and forth with you to get a digital proof approved ... that naturally adds processing time to the order. 

Q: Is this just a sticker? A: No, we use a printer that drops the ink directly onto the wood and cures it instantly (i.e. no drying time) with a UV light. Similar to how an inkjet printer works but instead of dropping ink onto a page, we're dropping ink onto your ornament!

Q: How will you ship it? A: It will be wrapped in tissue paper and packaged in a kraft bubble mailer. We'll use USPS Ground Advantage to ship it which has a delivery time throughout the US of 3-5 business days. You will automatically get a tracking link once the order is shipped.
